Cottonwood Institute Base Camp Bash

April 22 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Great Divide is excited to once again sponsor the Cottonwood Institute’s Base Camp Bash at the Posner Center.

The Base Camp Bash is the Cottonwood Institute’s main fundraising event and annual excuse to get together, have fun, eat local food from Snooze, local beer from Great Divide, drink great wine courtesy of Idella Wines, enjoy live music from Colorado bluegrass band Mayhem Gulch, and bid on fabulous silent auction items, trips, unique experiences, and date nights from the best local businesses and restaurants. The Base Camp Bash helps raise the critical funds we need each year to connect students to the outdoors and empower them to take action to improve their schools, the community, and the environment for future generations.

We have been working hard to put together some amazing silent and live auction items, including a 7-night ski trip at a private penthouse suite in Whistler, B.C., a 7-night stay at a private home in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, a 3-night stay at a private cottage at Swanson Vineyards, in Napa, CA, and more!

We will have mobile bidding this year and our silent auction items will be available for bidding starting on Saturday, April 15, 2017, so check back then! Please bring your charged cell phone to the Bash this year!

We are also excited to invite back Andy Seth, our “Accidental Auctioneer.” Andy is a CEO, Board Chair, and Political Advisor. He’s built 9 businesses and hosts a popular docu-series called Journeyman (YouTube). His current business is Flow – the hottest Colorado-based, sales-focused live chat agency that turns website visitors into leads. He hires 18-24-year-old, low-income youth who are not going to college as live chat agents, and puts them through a 2-3 year apprenticeship program to develop their skills.
