Great Divide Beer Diner at Eureka! Restaurant

Join the Eureka! Restaurant in Boulder for a five-course dinner featuring some of Great Divide’s top brews paired with signature menu highlights. Each dish is accompanied by a different beer to compliment what Eureka! has to offer.
To start the experience off, Eureka! will feature a Kale Salad with cabbage, roasted garlic, walnuts, cranberries, Parmesan cheese, tossed in a parsley vinaigrette, paired with Great Divide’s Colette Farmhouse Saison; the next course highlights a restaurant favorite, the Truffle Cheese Fries, french fries tossed in truffle salt, topped with Parmesan cheese and green onions, served alongside a signature truffle cheese sauce, with Denver Pale Ale.
The third course brings the heat with a Fried Chicken Slider, served inside of a potato roll along with mashed potatoes, reaper sauce, and confetti slaw, paired with Hercules Double IPA. The next course includes one of our signature burger turned slider, Fresno Fig Slider with goat cheese, bacon, housemade fig marmalade, arugula, tomato, onion, and finished with a spicy porter mustard paired with Claymore Scotch Ale.
To round off the dining experience, the final course is a Bourbon Barrel Cake, topped with pecans, caramel, and vanilla bean ice cream, paired with Great Divide Yeti aged in AD Laws Whiskey Barrels.
