Did you know—October is American Cheese Month—a celebration of the diverse world of North American-made cheeses. The American Cheese Society has more info about American Cheese Month here.

Old Chatham Sheepherding Company Hudson Valley Camembert and Fresh Hop Pale Ale

Old Chatham Sheepherding Company Hudson Valley Camembert is an award-winning cheese made with a blend of cow and sheep milk from animals that graze on emerald green pastures of the majestic Hudson Valley. This cheese is smooth, buttery and rich and simply melts in your mouth with a fantastically clean finish. This Camembert comes in a square shape (typically round) and perches itself lovingly on a cheese board. It is mild and pillowy and pairs well with lighter beers with hints of citrus.

Fresh Hop Pale Ale is brewed with fresh, whole cone hops from the Pacific Northwest.  We ship these “wet” hops to Denver overnight and brew shortly after harvest, imparting an intensely grassy hop aroma and citrus hop flavor in a medium-bodied ale.
