Drop It Like It’s Hot

At the end of this week, the brewery will have taken delivery of 5 brand new tanks for the Tank Farm. These 300-barrel beauties started arriving today and will continue arriving tomorrow.

With a street semi-closure, a skyward crane and a team of expert riggers, the new tanks were gingerly dropped into what used to be our employee parking lot. We will be receiving 4 fermentation tanks and one brite tank and we can’t wait to fill them with the good stuff!
