Next release May 11... Bubbles & Brunch

Beach Milk Project is our recently launched, hyper-limited, taproom only brewery side-project. Beers in this series will feature experimental ingredients and advanced brewing methods to showcase the inventiveness and ingenuity of our brewing team. The name is a nod to Beach Milk Co. a dairy business that occupied our building from 1933-1954. You can still see a faint “Beach Milk Co.” sign on the 22nd Street side of our building.

Name: Brunch & Bubbles (May 11)
Style: Imperial Craft Hard Seltzer
ABV: 7%
Notes: Brunch & Bubbles hits like a mimosa without the need for a champagne flute. The first seltzer in our Beach Milk Project lineup was brewed with two different types of fresh orange puree to create a complex sipper with an elevated level of carbonation to give it an extra layer of zest. Whether you’re celebrating Mom or simply looking for a near-beer alternative to crack on a warm spring day, Brunch & Bubbles pops without the cage and cork.

Name: Solid Together
Style: Smoothie Sour
ABV: 6.7%
Notes: Sour in taste but not disposition, Solid Together is a cornucopia of flavors that come together (solidly, no less) to create a sensory experience akin to eating the ripest, juiciest representation of each ingredient at the same time. Those ingredients you ask…? Blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, mango, cherry and black currant. The addition of lactose as a final touch brings sweetness to round-out the sourness and a creamy mouthfeel.

Name: Six Block Walk (April 6)
Style: Mexican Lager
ABV: 6.5%
Notes: Did you know our original brewery in the Ballpark Neighborhood of Denver actually preceded there being a ballpark in the neighborhood? Win or lose (a lot of the latter…), our neighbors at 20th & Blake have been a boon to the area, revitalizing downtown and providing a great way to while away a beautiful summer evening. We’re commemorating the start of the 2023 season with Six Block Walk, a a Mexican Lager brewed with lime salt and lime puree with a not to the short walk from our taproom to [Brewery that shall not be named] Field.

Name: Luminary Flare
Style: Sour Ale
ABV: 6.5%
Notes: Exploding with fruity flavor and pleasantly sour, the name Luminary Flare is a play on the “star” ingredient of the latest Beach Milk Project release: pink Starbursts. But, we doubled down on the juicy strawberry-ness of this sour ale with the addition of strawberry Kool-Aid powder. While the flavors may take you back to your childhood, this beer is decidedly futuristic in scope. Blask off with Luminary Flare.

Name: Dream Argument
Style: New England-Style IPA
ABV: 7.2%
Notes: The dream argument is the idea that the sense we use to distinguish reality from illusion are slightly suss and we therefore need to question everything to determine what is truly real… But, you can trust us, we asked the difficult questions and can state with authority that this hazy IPA is, in fact, really real. Brewed with Nectaron, El Dorado, Citra and HBC 586 hops, expect notes of mango, grapefruit, pineapple, peach, lychee and passionfruit creating a balanced and flavorful IPA.
