The Deets:

Master the traditional flavors of Japanese sushi in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Juwanza. You’ll learn essential techniques and basic recipes to make California rolls and spicy tuna rolls.

First, you’ll practice your knife skills to chop fresh ingredients like avocado, cucumber, tuna and crab. Then, learn how to make the perfect sushi rice with seasoning vinegar. Layer your ingredients on the nori seaweed to assemble your rolls, adding flavorful ingredients like cream cheese and kanikama. Practice the technique to roll your sushi then slice it into the perfect pieces to enjoy your bite-sized snack.
