Transport yourself to Italy during this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Juwanza, you’ll learn the time-honored technique of making pasta from scratch and the sauces to pair with it.

The class begins by learning the recipe for pasta dough using semolina flour, eggs and olive oil. Master the technique to knead the dough, then shape it into pasta. While the pasta cooks, whip up a creamy Alfredo sauce and a savory Bolognese sauce. Stir the pasta into your sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese before diving into your handcrafted feast. You’ll elevate your culinary skills and improve essential techniques when you join this engaging cooking class.
